The Home Health Physical Therapist provides specialized physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, promoting rehabilitation, and enhancing patients' quality of life. Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy
• Current state physical therapy license
