Overview
- Communicate with clients to understand preferences, timing needs, and planning priorities
- Help coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide timely updates regarding reservation progress
- Assist with reviewing package and destination options using approved partner platforms
- Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging channels
- Maintain organized digital notes related to client planning activity
- Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities
- 100% remote work environment
