We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Atlanta, GA area. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. They also ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, directing the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, and staging vehicle repair/maintenance work. The Service Manager drives sales initiatives, communicates directly with customers, assesses needs, provides information on required repairs and maintenance, and strives to meet customer expectations. Qualifications Requirements: at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and either 1 year of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, 1 year in automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
