Position Description: Customer Service Representative
Job SummarySeeking a dependable, customer-focused representative to assist with orders, pricing, product information, and delivery updates. Must provide excellent customer service and work well with sales, production, and shipping teams.ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls, emails, and customer inquiriesProcess and track ordersProvide pricing, product, and availability informationPrepare quotes and invoicesResolve customer concerns professionallyMaintain accurate customer recordsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are completed on timeQualifications1-3 years of customer service experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsBasic computer and data-entry skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, dependable, and team- orientedManufacturing, construction, or building materials experience is a plus $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly
