Senior Fintech Lending Counsel — Hybrid Banking Legal Lead
The Bancorp
The Bancorp invites a VP Fintech Lending Counsel to join the Legal Department in a hybrid role. You will advise on consumer and commercial sponsored lending products, align product design with regulatory requirements, and partner with risk, compliance, and product teams to support fintech credit initiatives.
Lead negotiations on agreements, disclosures, and partnerships, while staying current on laws spanning TILA, ECOA, FCRA, and related supervisory guidance.
