To apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io Portfolio Data & Analytics team is responsible for ongoing portfolio company performance monitoring and analysis, FP& A and complex financial modeling, valuing the investment positions in each of the firm’s portfolio companies, and content creation and analysis supporting investor relations. The Reporting Assurance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all external investor communications, including LP emails, press releases, and quarterly investor presentations. This process entails building out supporting documentation that is easily traceable and orderly. While the primary focus will be on compliance and documentation for investor communications, the role will also support the broader functions of the Portfolio Data & Analytics team. Key Responsibilities: • Help prepare various presentations and supporting analyses for the firm’s most critical investor meetings, including the annual meeting, semi-annual advisory board meetings and investor conference calls• Ensure all external communications are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards• Develop and maintain detailed supporting documentation and tie-out work for investor communications• Collaborate with investment teams and senior leadership to verify data and content accuracy• Assist the Investor Relations team with fundraising and diligence requests from LPs and prospective LPs• Support the broader Portfolio Data & Analytics team ensure accuracy on various quarterly and ad hoc outputsOther responsibilities and opportunities: • Continually evaluate possible new technology solutions and propose process revisions to assist in data aggregation as the firm continues to expand portfolio investments in both number and complexityRequirementsQualifications: The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a minimum of three years’ experience (4-year degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics preferred).• Organized and efficient, with outstanding attention to detail• Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a collaborative, collegial, team-oriented environment• Very good verbal communication, written communication and presentation skills; experienced at producing professional level documents and presentations• Good business acumen, with strong analytical skills• Strong sense of initiative to identify issues and problem solve• Highly inquisitive orientation with desire to think analytically and look beyond the obvious• Tenacity in meeting deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency, great work ethic, ability to work autonomously with a good self-management discipline• Effective under pressure, in changing environments and with different technologies, people, and responsibilities• Ability to excel in unstructured, ad hoc projects• Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word)To apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.Job typePermIndustryInvestment Management/Companies
