Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Neonatologist to join a compassionate, highly skilled team at Arnot Ogden Medical Center , home to a Level III NICU in the heart of New York’s beautiful Finger Lakes region.

Established Level III NICU

• 20‑bed Level III NICU
• Approximately 300 annual NICU admissions
• Experienced neonatal nurses and pediatric specialists
• Advanced technology, including high‑frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)

Benefits and Compensation

Compensation Range : $275,000 to $300,000 based on years of experience.
