Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction

About Our Client

A family-owned general contractor with a 50-year history and a strong national footprint. The firm employs 60-70 people, is growing rapidly toward $100M+ in annual revenue, and is known for long-term client relationships and a "humble and hungry" culture. Superintendents are highly trusted, work directly with ownership, and are fully supported without being micromanaged.

Job Description

Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up projects
Manage schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
Serve as the primary client-facing representative on site
Coordinate with ownership, general superintendent, and project teams
Travel as needed to support projects across multiple states

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of ground-up Superintendent experience
Background in commercial, retail, religious, education, or industrial projects
Strong client-facing and subcontractor management skills
Stable work history

What's on Offer

$100,000-$135,000 base salary
$910/week per diem (lodging and meals)
$550/month vehicle allowance
