Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)PrideStaff is seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor for our client in the Vance area. This role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe, team-oriented work environment in a high-volume manufacturing setting.Pay rate: $36 - $46 per hourShift: 2:00 PM - 10:10 PM, Monday - FridayLocation: Vance, ALKey ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team to meet daily production goals and performance expectationsPlan, schedule, and assign personnel to ensure efficient production flowMonitor production performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvementsEnforce standardized work, quality procedures, and safety protocolsMaintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring proper use of PPE and equipmentTrain team members and ensure required skill levels are achieved and sustainedCollaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processesSupport production needs by adjusting priorities and stepping in as neededOversee staffing of machines and processes to ensure optimal efficiencyManage employee time, attendance, and scheduling through ADPCoordinate equipment changeovers, first-piece verification, and communication of quality alertsMaintain documentation and ensure alignment with production schedulesQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of standardized work, industry-standard quality systems, and manufacturing processesProven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and build a strong teamSolid problem-solving and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of basic math concepts (fractions, ratios, proportions)Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer useForklift and First Responder certification (or willingness to obtain)Associate degree preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)Ability to lift up to 35 poundsFlexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts as neededIf you meet the requirements and are interested, please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io or give our office a call at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
