Wound Care Nurse (RN)

Join us! We are currently seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team. Qualifications / Responsibilities of the Wound Care Nurse: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licence Practical Nurse in the state of employment Must have as a minimum, two (2) years’ experience as an RN or LPN Confer with the Director of Nursing Services and/or other licensed nursing personnel regarding dermatologic disorders of residents in the facility Examine the resident and his/her records and charts Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. Implement and maintain established policies and procedures relative to skincare treatment Work with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team in developing a comprehensive assessment and care plan for assigned residents Provide assessment and diagnostic services to residents Participate in educational programs for residents and their family members relative to skincare when a resident is being discharged to home While working here as Wound Care Nurse, you will enjoy (some of the listed benefits available to full time staff only): Employee engagement activities including monthly “mitzvah board” raffle cash winners Positive, supportive work environment Excellent and ongoing training Top compensation program and excellent benefits PayActiv, - Access to Earned Income Prior to Pay Day Tuition reimbursement through ECPI Corporate childcare program in the works! #J-18808-Ljbffr
