Global Market Foods is seeking an HR Associate to support HR operations across multiple U.S. locations, including Illinois. The role focuses on HRIS management (Paycom), recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll preparation, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong communication skills.
