Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Senior On-Site Service Specialist Deliver exceptional workplace support while keeping office operations running smoothly. We're looking for a customer-focused professional to support daily office services, document production, mail operations, shipping/receiving, and workplace support functions. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for employees and clients, ensuring a high-quality service experience in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Operate and support print, copy, scanning, and document production equipment. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate service when needed. Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments. Deliver completed projects and maintain office supply inventories. Provide outstanding customer service by responding to requests and resolving questions. Support meeting room setups, workplace moves, and general office operations. Perform filing, records management, and administrative tasks as required. Maintain accurate service logs and operational records. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of experience in office services, print/mail operations, customer service, or a related environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Ability to troubleshoot problems, stay organized, and work independently.
