The client service associate is the main contact with clients and our advisors, as well as the main coordinator for everything the client wants to get done. Your job is to support theadvisor with various tasks which include preparing for meetings, transcribingmeeting notes, preparing email follow-ups, putting files where they go, updating data and finding new ways to help. This work will require learning our company software which is built on Microsoft systems. You will be expected to keep learning about the company's services and how we deliver them, learn about our company processes and systems, and keep forging your own career path within the company. Using good teamwork skills is very important in our company. The company provides financial services such as financial advising, insurance, legal and tax services to medical doctors and their families in the USA.We have been around for 12 years.
