Bilingual HR Generalist: People & Policy Partner
Petco Animal Supplies, Inc.
Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources partner to support the distribution center with employee-relations guidance, policy interpretation, and benefits administration. You will partner with DC leadership to ensure compliant HR practices and smooth enrollment processes across sites. The role also handles time and attendance oversight, staffing analytics, onboarding for hourly staff, workers’ comp coordination, unemployment claims, and participation in performance reviews to #J-18808-Ljbffr Petco Animal Supplies, Inc.
