PMO Analyst

IDR is seeking a PMO Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Des Moines, IA. Position Overview for the PMO Analyst Provide direct support to the PMO Manager following project processes and quality standards Assist with onboarding, staff management, and schedule coordination using tools like Microsoft Project Manage RAID items, including risks, action items, decisions, and issues for large technology projects Conduct quality reviews of deliverables and work products Work proactively to identify project risks and track mitigation efforts Requirements for the PMO Analyst Prior relevant experience of at least 3 years with large organizations/projects with multiple projects and teams Advanced understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) activities and phases including with hybrid-agile methodology Resume must indicate candidate is local to Des Moines, IA area or willing to relocate to Des Moines, IA for the position Must have the ability to be on-site in local/client offices when requested weekly What's in it for you?
