Job Summary:
This travel Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Operating Room (OR) with open heart specialization is located in McKinney, Texas. The role involves working in a surgical unit that supports general, trauma, neuro, and orthopedic procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The position is scheduled for days from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week starting on 07/27/2026.

Job Details:

• Position: Travel RN in Operating Room (Open Heart)
• Location: McKinney, Texas
• Shift: Days, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification; at least 1 year of experience in the Operating Room, including neuro and orthopedic/spine procedures; experience with Meditech electronic medical record system
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma center experience, orthopedic surgery experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The call requirement is approximately 10 to 15 days per month, applicable only to the CV (Cardiovascular) positions.
