Position: Benign Gynecologist
Our organization is seeking a full-time academic Benign Gynecologist to become a part of our Division of Gynecology located in Burlington, MA. This is an excellent chance to join a growing team within a prominent academic medical institution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for enhancing gynecologic care and have experience in educating medical students, residents, or fellows.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with patients at our Gynecology office locations.
- Conduct procedures at our medical center and affiliated facilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the health system to promote women's and gender health care.
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- A physician with a proven dedication to teaching and engaging in academic pursuits.
- A professional who is enthusiastic about working in a vibrant, multi-specialty group practice.
Our medical center is a renowned academic facility recognized for its cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking medical treatments. As a physician-led organization, we emphasize a collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care. We are part of a larger health system that encompasses 13 hospitals and over 4,800 physicians.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $275,000.00 - $350,000.00 USD annually. This range reflects the organization's good faith estimate of what it expects to pay for this role at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible factors. Additionally, this role may qualify for performance-based incentives, including productivity and quality bonuses.
