Our established, women-led private practice, managed by working mothers, is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to become part of our dynamic and expanding team.

We operate a comprehensive community OB/GYN practice that prioritizes compassionate, individualized care and fosters a collaborative team environment. As a physician with us, you will have the opportunity to customize your schedule, focus on your preferred patient demographic, and practice medicine in a nurturing setting that recognizes the challenges of balancing professional and personal responsibilities.

What We Provide:

• A four-day work week, or the option for block scheduling 2-4 days per month
• Collaboration with our experienced certified nurse midwives, who handle first OB calls, ensuring a more balanced call schedule with the option for home calls.
• A modern, aesthetically pleasing main office situated on the Emerson Hospital campus, along with two nearby satellite locations
• Opportunities to serve as the primary surgeon with support from GYN oncology and minimally invasive surgery specialists
• In-office procedures, advanced 3D ultrasound capabilities, and access to maternal-fetal medicine consultations and Level II ultrasounds
• Emerson Hospital provides 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric services, along with strong partnerships with leading academic medical institutions in Boston
• A dedicated and engaged patient community, complemented by a robust referral network

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $275K to $325K, along with a competitive benefits package
• A 1:5 call schedule, with first calls generally managed by midwives
• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage
• Partnership track available for interested candidates
