Skilled LaborerWe are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team in building and installing dust collection and ventilation systems. With 4-6 openings available, this role involves general labor tasks, assisting in various areas of the fabrication shop and other departments.Responsibilities:Treat metal with anti-corrosion spray and prepare metal panels for production.Wipe down surfaces and use a wand to apply products, ensuring proper application through inspection.Grind and deburr metal components in preparation for the fabrication shop.Perform additional tasks as needed in a fast-paced and busy steel work environment.Essential Skills:General production and labor experience preferred.Mechanical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivation and a positive attitude.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience in shipping/receiving, material handling, and forklift operation.Proficiency in warehouse management and logistics.Strong communication and organizational skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory management.Why Work Here?Join a growing company with a strong culture and the potential for career growth. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
