A retail pharmacy requires an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations and lead the department at a Burnham, PA location. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the store operations team to engage associates and communicate pharmacy and company strategies.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance by conducting Drug Utilization Reviews and final quality assurance consistent with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• Drive profitable business growth and increase prescription volume through clinical programs, immunizations, and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) when available.
• Manage inventory effectively by monitoring sales trends and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer needs and maximize profits.
• Lead pharmacy department performance aligned with key metrics measuring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Deliver superior customer service, offering healthcare counseling and resolving medical-related inquiries.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff; oversee training, coaching, and discipline.
• Maintain security, cleanliness, and organization of the pharmacy department.
• Handle customer concerns to foster trust and loyalty.
• Communicate with physicians and utilize reference materials to resolve prescription issues.
• Prioritize and complete essential pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
