What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Support Representative , you'll connect with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and provide knowledgeable, professional support throughout their experience.

Client Service Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products, services, and policy information clearly and professionally

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
