Program Manager

Nightwing is a cybersecurity and intelligence services provider that seeks a talented Program Manager to lead a dynamic network engineering team. The Program Manager will work closely with the customer, project integrator, network engineers and architects to ensure systems meet customer requirements and timelines. Responsibilities Single point of contact for contract performance. Lead team project execution. Plan and direct the timely and successful completion of Statement of Work efforts. Track and report program metrics (Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality). Ensure systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements. Create, review and maintain programmatic/technical artifacts. Manage resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks. Establish training plans to maintain and evolve skills, while ensuring no single points of failure within the program. Prepare and present briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers to capture future system changes for customer decision making. Manage relationships with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders. Required Experience Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expertise with network engineering management and design. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with collaborative project management tools. Experience managing global dispersed teams. Desired Experience Experience briefing and meeting with senior level management. Understanding of the customer and the Intelligence Community. Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area. Salary & Benefits The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
