Responsibilities Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Ohio or Indiana. Oversee overall project execution, including financial performance, scheduling, and client communication. Collaborate closely with field leadership and internal teams. Qualifications Seven to fifteen plus years of experience in commercial construction project management. Experience with ground‑up or large‑scale renovation projects. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
