Senior Enterprise Architect

Job Title

Your responsibilities:

Acting as a leader in corporate architecture structures, responsibility for the development and modernization of Pratt & Whitney's technological environment.

Developing and implementing key elements of corporate architecture strategy, including target architecture models and 3–5 year modernization plans in areas: applications, data/analytics, integration/API, and business architecture.

Transforming functional strategy into operational architectural plans for major platforms and programs (ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, Contract Lifecycle Management, Customer Data Platform).

Supporting the direction of corporate data architecture.

Advising and reporting to senior management on architectural decisions, risks, technological compromises, and investment options using clear business language.

Our requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position, 10 years of IT experience

Technical higher education

Practice in implementing global architectural processes and using modern framework (e.g. TOGAF)

Documented successes in leading architecture for large-scale transformation programs in industrial, aviation, or manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of Agile, Jira/Confluence

Experience in process mapping, architectural modeling, and process optimization for digital transformation initiatives.

Fluent English proficiency

Salary range for this position is 13,750.0 PLN – 27,500.0 PLN. The given range is an estimated representative value covering different levels of experience for this position. When determining the salary, RTX takes into account, among other things, the scope of the role, level of responsibility, professional experience of the candidate, location, education, completed training, and key competencies of the candidate.
