Endocrinology Physician

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Practice Details:

Diabetes & Endocrinology
Muskegon team: 2 Endocrinologists, 1 DNP, and 5 support staff
Grand Rapids office: 5 Endocrinologists, 4 APPs/PAs, and 20 support staff
2 CDCES RDs and 2 RN CDCES with an accredited education program
On-call support for Grand Rapids and Muskegon hospitals
Call: 6 7 weeks per year
Teaching opportunities with residents, medical students, and fellows
Epic EMR

Responsibilities:

Direct patient care
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Teaching and mentoring
Documentation in Epic
Quality improvement initiatives
Community health efforts

Requirements:

Board Certified in Endocrinology or Board Eligible with certification required within 5 years
Valid Michigan License at time of employment
Fellowship in Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism Required
DEA Required
BLS Required
Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report within 30 days Required
