Endocrinology Physician

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Practice Details:
- Diabetes & Endocrinology
- Muskegon team: 2 Endocrinologists, 1 DNP, and 5 support staff
- Grand Rapids office: 5 Endocrinologists, 4 APPs/PAs, and 20 support staff
- 2 CDCES RDs and 2 RN CDCES with an accredited education program
- On-call support for Grand Rapids and Muskegon hospitals
- Call: 6 7 weeks per year
- Teaching opportunities with residents, medical students, and fellows
- Epic EMR
Responsibilities:
- Direct patient care
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Teaching and mentoring
- Documentation in Epic
- Quality improvement initiatives
- Community health efforts

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Endocrinology or Board Eligible with certification required within 5 years
- Valid Michigan License at time of employment
- Fellowship in Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism Required
- DEA Required
- BLS Required
- Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report within 30 days Required
