8a - 5p M, W, F

Locum will be required to float between the two Muskegon sites below. (No floating during the shift)

Call Schedule: Not needed for this role

Practice Setting: Facilities: Post-Acute Care, Long-Term Care, Independent and assisted living

Average Number of Patients Per Day: 5-7 for 2- or 3-day request

Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 clinic physician

Number of Mid-Levels that Provide Coverage: 2

Number of Exam Rooms: N/A - patients seen in their listed rooms: sub-acute, assisted living, and independent

Services Available On-Site: Facility Resources

EMR: Epic, point click care, quickmar

Trauma Level/Designation: sub-acute, assisted living, and independent

Other Geriatricians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: The first week of 7/28, there may be a Geriatrician who is able to help round prior to maternity leave.
