Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Qualifications Proven customer service experience, with a focus on problem-solving. Tax preparation experience a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
