Switch is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to serve as the functional owner of Oracle Cloud HCM. You will work with HR and business users to define needs, translate them into clear requirements, and guide changes from intake through rollout. This role emphasizes business-process improvement over hands-on configuration. Ideal candidates bring 4–7+ years in HRIS or HR technology, strong Oracle Cloud HCM experience, and proven ability to map processes and document requirements for the #J-18808-Ljbffr Switch
