Telecommunications Marketing Director

As a full-time remote Telecommunications Marketing Director, the successful candidate will own the industry narrative, develop buyer-specific messaging, and set AI-first standards within the marketing team to drive pipeline growth and enhance content strategies. Key responsibilities Define and craft narratives that connect ServiceNow's capabilities to current telco challenges, including network operations and customer experience Architect tailored messaging for distinct buyer personas to effectively position ServiceNow as the solution to their problems Implement AI tools in marketing workflows, coaching the team on building scalable, AI-assisted content systems Required qualifications 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3-5+ years in the telecommunications industry or a similar vertical Deep familiarity with telecommunications operations and the ability to communicate effectively with industry leaders Proven success in creating industry marketing programs that influence pipeline growth Experience translating complex platform capabilities into compelling narratives for business buyers Demonstrated integration of AI into marketing strategies, enhancing research, messaging, and content generation
