Cancer Conference Coordinator

Coordinating cancer conferences and tumor board meetings, the full-time Cancer Conference Coordinator will manage requests, prepare documentation, and ensure all necessary patient records and audio-visual needs are met for successful events. Key responsibilities Monitor and manage the cancer conference mailbox to collect presentation requests Coordinate with various departments to ensure all patient records are available for conferences Prepare documentation, including agendas and minutes, and attend each conference to take minutes Required qualifications High School Diploma (GED) is required; Associate's degree is preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience is required Healthcare experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required Coursework in medical terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, and disease processes is required
