Associate Attorney

Best & Sharp Law Firm is seeking a full time Associate Litigation Attorney with 1+ years of experience. The ideal candidate has experience in litigation defense practice areas, and the position involves working closely with our firm’s Shareholder Partners engaging in all aspects of civil litigation all the way through trial. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents Excellent legal research and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in using legal research software and other computer applications High level of professionalism and ethical standards Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships Responsibilities Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation. Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for trials. Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs. Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure efficient workflow.
