Responsibilities Assist in the evaluation, investigation, & management of personal injury claims up to litigation; Work closely with senior attorneys and paralegals to develop and negotiate cases; Regularly communicate with insurance adjusters, clients & opposing counsel; Conduct research and prepare legal documents; Provide empathetic and knowledgeable guidance to clients during a critical phase of their legal journey.
