• 2+ years of Automotive Finance Management experience
• 2–3 years of automotive sales and/or management experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and consultative skills
• A proven track record of success in sales
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
