Summary We are seeking a versatile Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and procurement operations across multiple business categories. This role supports local procurement activities, vendor management, procurement administration, and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders. Candidates with bilingual Mandarin Chinese skills, SAP experience, and international sourcing exposure are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Conduct sourcing activities for local and domestic suppliers to identify reliable vendors that meet quality, price, and service standards. Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships and assist with pricing negotiations, supplier communication, and procurement coordination. Internal Requirement Fulfillment: Collaborate with internal departments to support procurement requests and purchasing needs for goods and services. Indirect Spend Management: Support procurement activities related to operational supplies, office equipment, uniforms, and service vendors. Procurement Operations: Manage purchase order processing and procurement documentation within SAP and maintain accurate procurement records. Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to support timely delivery and resolve discrepancies. Qualifications Language: Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese preferred. Experience: 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain support. Technical Skills: Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. Professional Knowledge: Understanding of procurement processes, vendor coordination, and purchasing operations. Core Competencies: Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.
