Marketing Specialist

We have an outstanding opportunity for an early career professional at our Formica Mexico headquarters as a Marketing Specialist. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Implement and execute assigned initiatives such as specific marketing events; coordinate Formica Studio agenda: in collaboration with Sales, set the tour visit sessions. Implement and execute merchandising initiatives with key customers, based on the Marketing Plan. Set metrics and tracking. Execute improvements as needed. Collaborate with North America Marketing team members, according to the projects assigned (regional collateral & content, such as video campaigns, translations, etc.). Support marketing campaigns and product introductions into Mexican Market. Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or any relevant field ~4 years of proven experience in Marketing or Commercial areas Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Problem-solving, analytic, results & action-oriented, teamwork player Proven analysis, tracking and follow-up skills Demonstrate initiative and adaptability Advanced written and spoken English & Spanish Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Available to work either at the Formica facilities and/or Formica Studio and/or remote Available for traveling across domestic market, for trade activities including customer visits Passion for design and curiosity (Eventually) Travel to Formica North America Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, USA Note: This person must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
