Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical and presentation skills. Good with Budget management.
• Analytical skills, Great communication skills, MS Power point, Excel, Word, Teams.
• Ability to track status and deliverables. Assist in Managing schedules, various timelines (project, deliverable, events etc)
• Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
• Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk Coordinates and facilitates the program routines for example: project kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder/steerco meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
• Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
• Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
• Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensures the execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
• Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
• Manages the financials and assists with resource planning for the program.
