Compliance Associate

Compliance and Reporting Associate | $35–45/hour | Contract to Hire | Hybrid (San Diego, CA – 4 days onsite) Our client is looking for a Compliance and Reporting Associate to support reporting oversight and ensure adherence to internal and external requirements. You will support core operations by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth day-to-day processes across reporting workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute to a growing team. Who You Are Experience in compliance, reporting, or regulatory support functions Familiarity with reporting tools or systems used to track and manage data Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work in a structured, professional environment with tight timelines Self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly ramp up and contribute What You’ll Do Prepare and maintain reports to support compliance and operational tracking Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within reporting systems Monitor reporting requirements and assist in meeting deadlines Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information Identify discrepancies and help implement process improvements Maintain documentation to support audit and review processes We actively support and promote people of various backgrounds, from race, religion, and gender to geographical area, university, lifestyle, and personality types.
