New York City | Multi-Residence Portfolio | Ultra-High-Net-Worth Principal Private Staff Group has been retained to identify an experience d Residences Direct or to oversee a sophisticated portfolio of luxury residences i n New York City and other locations This is a senior leadership opportunity for a polished, highly organized executive who thrives at the intersection of residential operations, hospitality, project management, and people leadership. The successful candidate will direct all residential staff and vendor partners, establish consistent operating standards across multiple properties, oversee maintenance and capital projects, manage budgets and reporting, and serve as the trusted liaison between the residences and the principal. The ideal candidate offers: 10+ years leading multi-property estate, residential, or luxury hospitality operations Proven success managing high-performing teams and complex vendor relationships Strong experience developing systems, SOPs, and scalable operational processes Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment Bachelor's degree required Experience with Nines or similar household management platforms is preferred This role requires regular travel between residences and the ability to operate seamlessly in a fast-paced, service-driven environment where excellence, discretion, and attention to detail are paramount.
