Oversee comprehensive pharmacy operations focused on home-based intravenous therapies in a leadership role designed for experienced pharmacy managers. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Lead recruitment, training, and orientation programs for pharmacy staff, emphasizing long-term success through comprehensive education and development.
• Maintain strict compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> standards governing sterile compounding and infusion management.
• Provide clinical oversight by collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy protocols and patient outcomes.
• Engage in business activities including branch budgeting, workflow improvements, and performance measurement initiatives.
• Participate in the pharmacist on-call rotation and handle administrative on-call duties as required.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license for the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of 5-7 years combined clinical and operational experience within home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in infusion management, sterile compounding, and regulatory accreditation processes.
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team training and staff development.
• Preferred experience with CPR+ and CareTend pharmacy systems.
