Surgical Regional Sales Manager - Kansas City

Regional Manager Role: Direct staffing, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and career development planning for sales representativesDevelop and achieves accurate forecasts quarterly Assist sales specialists where appropriate in the direct sale of the Hologic’s product linesWork with marketing department to promote customer laboratory demandDevelop district business plans and strategiesRepresent company at trade association meetings to promote productMonitor expenditures of region to confirm to budgetary requirementsThe ideal candidate would have:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/ geography, education, business needs, market demand and performance versus quota.
