Sr. Business Management Analyst

Senior Business Management Analyst supporting the Information Research Business Technology Solutions organization. Manages software licensing, professional services, and scientific knowledge resource operations including invoice processing, contracting, renewals, and financial reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

• Process intake requests for software licensing, maintenance, and professional services with complete documentation verification
• Manage renewal tracking and notifications at least 90 days prior to contract expiration
• Submit and monitor purchase orders via SAP and manage procurement execution
• Generate reporting, analytics, dashboards, and operational insights for stakeholders
• Coordinate invoice processing, approvals, and resolution across financial systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience, or Master's degree with 4 years experience
• Strong data validation and documentation diligence capabilities
• Collaborative, service-oriented communication across organizational levels
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, deadlines, and stakeholder coordination
• Proficient written communication for process guidance and stakeholder updates
• Experience with software licensing, professional services, and procure-to-pay processes
