We're looking for experienced, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our team as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This is more than a desk it's a launchpad. You'll manage full-cycle placements while nurturing strong client partnerships. And with some of the highest commission rates in the industry, you'll be rewarded in direct proportion to the value you create.

Own full-cycle searches from intake through close.

Act as a client partner, understanding their hiring needs, pain points, and culture.

Source strategically using our proprietary CRM/ATS, plus your own network and tools like our proprietary communications platform.

Leverage our platform to manage candidates, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and stay organized.

Prioritize permanent placements that create long-term value for clients and strong commissions for you.

Contribute to thought leadership as we elevate our brand and yours.

23+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience

Strong understanding of healthcare or willing to learn because we're here to coach

Skilled at managing client relationships and closing offers

Confident navigating ATS/CRM systems (we'll train you on ours)

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something long-term
