Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary platform alongside your network to discover potential healthcare candidates
• Reach out to enthusiastic individuals and introduce them to MLR's exciting opportunities
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our expert recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Maintain engagement by following up with leads throughout the hiring process
• Keep detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system

Compensation Structure
