Your Role

* Identify potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your own network

* Contact prospective candidates to present MLR roles and assess their interest

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations

* Continually engage leads to maintain interest and support them throughout their hiring journey

* Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on your contributions to meetings scheduled, interviews performed, and hires resulting from your leads

Your Compensation
