What You'll Do

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates utilizing our innovative platform combined with your personal network
• Reach out to potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and foster the hiring process
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings initiated, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your outreach
