Transform demanding prints into finished realities. Start with planning: interpret drawings, sequencing, and tolerances. Engineer robust workholding—sometimes improvising with risers and angle plates—probe parts and tools, then refine speeds and feeds. During the run, anticipate issues, correct course through machine controls/control media, and verify quality against print and router with precision measurement. Document results, complete first‑article inspections for multi‑piece runs, and leave your work area spotless.

• Minimum 2 years of trade school, vocational education, or apprenticeship.
• 3–5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Command of shop math, general machining, precision metrology, blueprint reading, and GD&T.
• Proficiency with part and tool probing.
• High‑speed machining experience preferred (16–27k RPM).
• Some roles require specialized process/equipment expertise.
• Exposure to Siemens 840D is a plus.
