Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress and changes. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness practices. Support patients emotionally and advocate for their rights and comfort. Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices. What You Need Current RN license in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure transfer. Minimum of 2 years ER or acute care experience. Strong patient assessment and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
