Your future role at a glance Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Facility: Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital Department: Neurodiagnostic Lab Schedule: Day shift | Full-time | Monday - Friday Salary: $46.69 - $63.17 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role Provide leadership and oversee unit staffing to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and achievement of clinical objectives. Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff; contribute to performance evaluations and staff development. Assess patient care needs, develop and distribute assignments, and evaluate care effectiveness to support positive patient outcomes. Address patient care concerns and complaints, and support hiring, training, and staff management through established processes. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted preferred. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need RN with supervisory and ECT experience.
