Job Title Management Trainee – Greentech Renewables - Non Exempt - DIV Job ID 202691060005 Department Columbia - Greentech Renewables Location MD - Jessup Summary Greentech Renewables’ Management Training program is tailored to sales‑minded candidates seeking management positions in the growing solar industry. Management Trainees learn every aspect of Greentech Renewables’ business in order to supervise their own multi‑million‑dollar location upon completion of the training. On‑the‑Job Training The program lasts approximately 18‑24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Trainees also attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management, along with online training related to solar PV, sales, and management. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor’s Degree (or related experience in lieu of degree) Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by Greentech Renewables now or in the future) Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program Preferred Qualifications Sales or customer service experience Additional Competencies Leadership skills Self‑motivated Team oriented Competitive Entrepreneurial spirit Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills Effective problem‑solving skills Working Conditions Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office, and external environments. Activities may include lifting, sorting, standing, and exposure to extreme heat or cold. Office segments may involve sitting for extended periods. Some segments require travel by car and by air. Compensation The compensation range for this position is $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually.
