Motorcycle Technician

Job Description

Job Description

Optimum Performance Motorsports is looking for a motivated Motorcycle Technician to join our team. We are a full-service motorcycle shop working on virtually everything, from routine maintenance and repairs to diagnostics, performance upgrades, accessory installation, and more.

We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and passionate about motorcycles. Previous professional motorcycle or powersports experience is preferred, but it is not required. For the right person with the right attitude and aptitude, we are willing to help develop your skills and experience.

Our shop works on a wide variety of motorcycles, giving our technicians the opportunity to continually learn rather than work on the same thing every day. As an authorized dealer for Triumph, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa, and Piaggio, our team also works with current OEM motorcycles, diagnostic equipment, service information, and factory training.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Passion for motorcycles and the powersports industry
• Willingness to learn and continually improve
• Ability to diagnose problems and think critically
• Reliable, organized, and professional
• Previous motorcycle, automotive, or mechanical experience preferred, but not required
• Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience are must

We’re a small, passionate team of motorcycle enthusiasts who genuinely enjoy what we do. If you want to build your career in the motorcycle industry, expand your technical knowledge, and work in a shop where you’ll get exposure to everything from everyday street bikes to performance and specialty machines, we’d love to hear from you.
